Will the formulas work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. It writes standard Excel formulas, which also work in Google Sheets and Numbers. It avoids features that only exist in one app unless you ask for them.
Can it edit my existing spreadsheet?
Attach it and describe the change. It edits a copy, keeps your formatting and formulas, and tells you if the file uses features it can’t preserve, such as macros.
